These pods each hold 19 FFAR's (2.75 inch Folding Fin Aerial Rockets) with 17 pound HE (high explosive) warheads on those babies. With a crew of four, a tank of JP4, two free M60 machine guns with lots of ammo, grenades and smokes (not to mention a couple pistols, maybe an M16 or two, an M79 and any other personal choice weapons!) and 38 rockets made getting an old B model off the ground without a runway a real accomplishment!
